This week, we will be doing 1-rep max on Front Squats. If you haven't done Front Squats yet, don't worry, there will be instructing on form before we start the strength session. The WOD(Workout of the Day) will be a repeat that we did in the Spring, Calorie Row and Front Squats. See if you match your time, or beat it, or finish further in the workout.
