For today's Beginner's Class, we will be working on Lunges and Box/Ground Pushups. I will instruct how to scale up or scale down the movements. For the workout, we will be incorporating those two movements with Calorie Row Machine, and end with a 10-15 minute stretch session. **I will also show how to breath during your movements when you exercise.
