Freedom Yoga (aka “Sober Yoga”) is an all inclusive all levels yoga class offering a gentle yet strengthening flow, rest & reflection and deep relaxation. No experience is needed. We will practice for an hour with an optional 15 minute social time afterwards.
Just being yourself! We have mats to share and everything you need. Comfy athletic clothes, layers are good. We practice bare foot or in socks.
The only sign you will see is in front of the building, a big lit sign that says “264 North Main Street, Condo East”. Plenty of of free parking in the lot. Best entrance is the front door, street side, we are on that level, to the right.
