All levels slow flow accessible to everybody. Inclusive language, encouraging support, and a trauma sensitive approach to quiet your mind, soothe your nervous system, and help you cultivate strength, balance & flexibility in your body, mind, and heart.
If you have a yoga mat please bring it. We have some to share. Wear comfy athletic style clothes, nothing fancy, layers are good, and you might like being barefoot. Bring water, bring a friend! Class is 60 minutes with 15 minutes after to meet-up.
No experience needed. You will be led and guided throughout. Chairs are available if needed. Students are encouraged to work at their pace and listen to their bodies. No competition. No judgement.
