All levels of experience welcomed for this Vinyasa style class. Offering a tailored flow with an emphasis on building strength & flexibility, while developing better breathing techniques, posture alignment & finding a deeper connection to Self. 🌡️ 75-80
1. Water bottle 2. The studio has a limited amount of free mats for participants to use while in class. With this in mind, if you have your own mat, please bring it with you.
Limited parking in lot. First time visits, please show up to class 10 mins before in order to sign the studio waiver. Remove shoes when entering the studio & check-in at the backroom area of the studio to store all of your personal items in the cubbies.
