To initiate the new year, we will establish transformative intentions through a focused program. The evening will commence with a 15-minute third chakra meditation, followed by a full moon intention-setting ceremony, culminating in a soothing conclusion with the therapeutic sounds of singing bowls.
Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided. You may also bring your favorite crystal, pillows, blankets or eye pillows for your comfort. Come with the intentions on manifesting what you want to change for the new year within yourself.
Park in the lot in the rear of the building look for the signs for the Phoenix. This is the same space that the Saturday morning community yoga is held.
