We will be performing a 60-minute Functional Fitness Class for ALL fitness levels. We will start with some static stretching/mobility, followed by a dynamic warm-up, then strength/gymnastic program and finally Metabolic conditioning and cool down. Options for orthopedic issues will be addressed and available!
Appropriate clothing/shoes for working out, towel and water bottle.
