A functional boot camp workout typically focuses on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and incorporates functional movements that mimic real-life activities. The goal is to improve overall strength, endurance, agility, and cardiovascular fitness.
Water and a towel. We may hit punching bags at times so boxing gloves are recommended, but we have loaners if needed.
