Join us for a goal setting workshop with Mara Rhodes - part therapy + part group workshop, together we will use SMART goals to shape moving forward.

What to bring?

Paper and pen + any materials you have from previous sessions (not required if you haven't attended yet).

Meet at Emerald Integrative Health and walk to the gazebo behind the building - outside!
