Grounding Meditation

About the event

Join the Beloved community Sangha (community) based in Detroit and started in 2000 by plum village dharma teacher and musician, Joe Reilly. WE begin with singing, followed by check ins and a 5 minutes silent meditation followed by a 20 minute guided meditation and optional sharing at closing. We follow the plum village tradition founded by thich nhat hanh. Beginners welcomed.
