Group Hike

About the event

Come join us for a scenic group hike at Weedon Island Preserve in St. Petersburg, FL! This beautiful coastal preserve features boardwalks, shaded trails, and stunning views of Tampa Bay — a perfect spot to enjoy nature and connect with others. We’ll hike at a relaxed, conversational pace while exploring the island’s diverse ecosystems, including mangroves, salt marshes, and upland hammocks. Along the way, keep an eye out for native wildlife like birds, crabs, and maybe even a manatee near the shoreline! This hike is great for all fitness levels and is a wonderful way to get some fresh air, light exercise, and good company.

What to bring?

Comfortable walking shoes, water, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, and a positive attitude!
