About the event

Come walk/run around midtown and enjoy the pool after! There is a dry sauna and a steam sauna, a jacuzzi, a gym, three plunge pools (cold/normal/hot), showers, and bathrooms!

What to bring?

Gym clothes plus a change of clothes for the pool if you will be joining. And a towel.

Special instructions

Plenty of parking around the building and especially under 112/I-195/Julia Tuttle Causeway between NE 1st Ave and Ne 1st Ct.
