A dynamic workout to compliment one's Yoga practice. A combination of mat Pilates, HIIT, Tabata, cardiovascular fitness, and free weights. Practiced in mild heat and humidity to give it a bit more spice. Strength training, cardio, and joint mobility all in one. Different every time, but structured similarly enough that you'll get the hang of it in no time. Think of it like a scaled down crossfit. All movements may be easily modified to all fitness levels.
Bring a mat, towel, and water bottle:) no shoes worn during the workout.
