Sunrise hike for suicide awareness. March 26 the sun rises at 6:44 AM. The goal; to reach the summit before the sun rises. Plan to be parked at 6 AM. Introductions by 615 to reach the top by 6:44. Walk, stroll, people watch, run, hike, cross train whatever you fancy. Break a sweat or not. Breakfast after at 7:30 at the trails eatery on jackson dr. (Food not provided from the phoenix - I can work something out with you) carpooling let me know.
Supportive shoes, supportive person lol camera, pen to sign the summit register. Layers of clothing. Binoculars. Whatever. Walking sticks.
