About the event

Buckskin Cliff Shadows trail is a nice hike on the outskirts of the city (in the Northwest). The trail loops around a mountain with decent views of the desert terrain on the backside. The easy/moderately challenging hike is about 4.5 miles with about 650' of elevation gain. Fit dogs are welcome!

-Hiking shoes -Min. 1.5L water -Sun protection/hat (no shade on trail) -Snack

Special instructions

We'll meet at the Cliff Shadows Open Desert Park at end of Alexander Rd (just west of Cliff Shadows Pkwy). There's restroom facilities at the park.
