We’re excited to partner with The Phoenix for a special HOTWORX Wichita East Open House this Saturday, March 7th from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM! Come experience what everyone is talking about and see how HOTWORX is transforming workouts in Wichita! What is HOTWORX? HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside heated infrared saunas. Our sessions combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise to help you: Burn more calories, detox through sweat, improve circulation and reduce stress.

What to bring?

A water bottle (hydration is key!) A towel Comfortable workout clothes A friend (because fitness is more fun together!)
