Racquetball walked so Pickleball could fly! That said, Racquetball is still very fun and an awesome exercise! Singles/Doubles rules will be explained, and we'll have two courts to accommodate max group size, but practice and free play are also encouraged for beginners. Vibes are friendly, and we will determine how we play as we go each week! 5:00-5:10 = Meet/organize in rec center front lounge 5:10-5:25* = Icebreaker, Phoenix ethos, & racquetball rules 5:25-7:00 = Play on! *If you're signed up and running late, please message the facilitator in advance. Otherwise, they may be unable to guide you back to the courts.
Water! Also, I will have a few extra racquets, and they can be rented at the front desk, but please bring your own if able to ensure there's enough for everyone!
This is The Phoenix's first event at this location, so please be especially mindful of conduct and attire when attending. The rec center has ample parking out front. Please don’t use the workout facilities without first consulting the facilitator.
