Let’s write it out so we can ride it out! 📓 🏄‍♂️ Here’s what to expect: -Intros/icebreaker -Brief meditation -3 to 5 journal prompts (Topics may include gratitude, goal setting, obstacles, stream of consciousness) -Optional sharing Bring your favorite journal and pen - we’ll have some available too.
