Join our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at The Phoenix, designed to improve self-defense skills, increase physical fitness, and create a supportive community. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our expert instructors will guide you through dynamic drills, technique practice, and live sparring in a safe, inclusive environment. Build confidence and skills while learning the gentle art. Sessions focus on fundamentals, controlled sparring, and injury prevention, suitable for all ages and skill levels. Come train with us and transform your body and mind! Classes include full-contact sparring; participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Please bring a clean kimono/gi if you have one, or you may borrow one from us. You should also bring shorts and a shirt to wear underneath. Make sure your nails are trimmed (hands and feet) and jewelry is removed. Flip-flops or slides.
