Join our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at The Phoenix, designed to enhance self-defense skills, build physical fitness, and foster a supportive community. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, our expert instructors guide you through dynamic drills, technique development, and live sparring in a safe, inclusive environment. Build confidence & skill while learning the gentle art. Sessions emphasize fundamentals, controlled sparring, and injury prevention, suitable for all ages & skill levels. Come train with us and transform your body and mind! Classes include full contact sparring; participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Please bring a clean gi if you have one or you may borrow one from us. you should bring shorts and a shirt to wear under. Ensure your nails are trimmed (hands & feet) and jewelry is removed. Flip-flops or slides are encouraged since we train barefeet.
