Make up session for Monday Join our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at The Phoenix, designed to improve self-defense skills, increase physical fitness, and create a supportive community. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our expert instructors will guide you through dynamic drills, technique practice, and live sparring in a safe, inclusive environment. Build confidence and skills while learning the gentle art. Sessions focus on fundamentals, controlled sparring, and injury prevention, suitable for all ages and skill levels. Classes include full-contact sparring; participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Please bring a clean kimono/gi if you have one, or you may borrow one from us. You should also bring shorts and a shirt to wear underneath. Make sure your nails are trimmed (hands and feet) and jewelry is removed. Flip-flops or slides.
