About the event

Open Mat - live sparring - white belt 1 stripe and up - get permission from coach or professor - all participants are expected to help with the set up and down - bring your own gi or borrow one from us This is not a class for beginners! Anyone trying for the first time should attend regular classes: Mon & Thu 17:30-19:30 Friday 13:00-15:00 Saturday 15:00-17:00
