Hello! Welcome to our bi-weekly kickboxing sessions with Flurry Fitness! This class is an amazing it’s 15 minutes of warmup followed by 7 rounds of kickboxing then 10 minutes of a of stretching/abs. It is very beginner friendly , go at any intensity you can and take breaks if needed! Gloves and wraps will be provided. Wear comfortable shoes or go bearfooted, the bag is quite hard until you get used to it.
Drivers License required for first time! You can come in a sign a waiver. I’ll be at the front waiting for you. Can’t wait to see you!
