About the event

Come learn the art of Muay Thai kickboxing from the number 1 Muay Thai school in all of Florida. Muay Thai is an amazing way to learn self defense as well as get an amazing exercise. We welcome all levels of training.

What to bring?

boxing gloves and training pads will be provided. Be sure to dress in workout attire and bring water.

Special instructions

There is parking on the streets and the adjacent lots. Bring good vibes and positivity and be ready to get your sweat on!
