Kickboxing/Muay Thai

About the event

Come join us as we learn the art of Muay Thai and get a great workout in the process! This is an ALL LEVELS class designed for any fitness level. We will be doing mostly instructional work consisting of the basics of Muay Thai/Kickboxing.

What to bring?

Clothes you are comfortable breaking a sweat in! A water bottle with water! *Gloves and shin guards are optional but encouraged*

Special instructions

Parking is anywhere in the parking lot in front of the gym. Elite Kickboxing Gym is paired in the same facility as Neighborhood Strength and Fitness; if you see either of those logos on the front windows, you have arrived at the right place!
