Beginners welcome! We kickbox using bags we do not spar. 10 minute warm-up and stretching. Six 3 minute rounds then more stretching. Gloves provided 🥊🥊 Join the fun and relieve some stress!
Water bottle, small towel (you will sweat) No shoes on the mat, bring socks or go barefoot!
Classes begin at 6:30PM sharp. If you are new, please try to arrive 10 minutes early for introduction and instruction.
