Beginners welcome! We kickbox using bags- we do not spar. 10 minute warm-up, stretching ,six 3 minute rounds, then more stretching. Gloves provided. Join the fun, and relieve some stress.
Water bottle, small towel. No shoes on the mat, bring socks or go barefoot. We can supply gloves.
Classes beginners at 6:30 pm sharp. If you are new please come 10 minutes early for introduction and instruction.
