Beginners welcome! We kickbox using bags- we do not spar. 10 minute warm-up, stretching, six three minute rounds, then more stretching. Gloves provided. Join the fun and relieve some stress!
Water bottle, small towel. No shoes on the mat, bring socks or go barefoot. We can supply gloves! This is a Halloween special, if you dress up or attend you will have a chance to win a one month gym membership! 🎃
Classes begin at 6:30PM sharp. If you are new please come 10 minutes early for introduction and instruction!
