Beginners welcome! We kickbox using bags - we do not spar. 10 minute warm up, stretching, six 3-minute rounds followed by more stretching. Gloves provided. Join the fun! PS we normally go out to dinner after class and have a hoot.
Water bottle and towel as desired. No shoes on the mat - we wear socks or go barefoot. We can supply gloves.
Class begins promptly at 6:30 so if you are new please arrive 10 minutes early for some introductions and instructions.
