Kundalini yoga is gentle, trauma-informed, and suitable for all experience levels. Class involves a warm-up, a short set of moving, mostly-seated postures paired with breathwork, a simple meditation and ends with a long Shavasana/Relaxation. Music played softly in class.
Please bring a yoga mat and/or a blanket. Also, as we will be outside, bring something warm to wear in case of a breeze and for after sunset :)
Street parking is available. The park is quite small; keep an eye out for the Phoenix flag :)
