Hey Running family we are ramping up for the La Jolla half marathon. This week we will be meeting at the bathrooms in the parking lot to Torrey Pines State Beach. This will be a practice run for the end of the La Jolla half. I have a training plan that you can follow if you’d like or you can do it on your own. Each week we will be meeting at a different location so please sign up because every time you attend it’s an entry into our raffle for a free bib registration to the La Jolla half. 
Always remember to bring water and fuel, depending on the mileage you plan on completing.
The parking lot charges a fee so if you can park in the street, please do so. Call me if you have any questions or are unable to find us at 619–9 13–6024.
