About the event

Come as you are and move how you want! This open gym time is dedicated to our LGBTQ+ community—whether you're lifting, stretching, or just getting familiar with the space, you're welcome here. Free use of gym and equipment to those identifying as LGBTQ+. Volunteer leader on site to offer support and answer any questions. No structured workout—just good vibes, open space, and community.
