Work the Steps… on the Dance Floor! Get moving, stay connected, and have fun in this beginner-friendly line dance class made for folks in recovery. We’ll start with the basics and add advanced steps by request. No partner or experience needed—just a willingness to show up and shake it out. Whether you’re on Step 1 or 12, come lift your spirit and work the steps in a whole new way!
Shoes that are easy to dance in ( not too heavy) and will on your feet Clothing that’s comfortable to move in and not too warm because you’re going to sweat. Bring a water bottle and willingness to have fun!!
