Join Us for our monthly Phoenix Live Well 5K! Come join us for our monthly Live Well 5K around the beautiful Back Cove in Portland, Maine! Look for The Phoenix pop-up tent, we meet in the back cove trail parking lot directly across the street from Hannafords. We usually start around 9:15am. Whether you prefer to run, jog, or walk, this event is open to all fitness levels and is all about connection, movement, and having fun together.

What to bring?

Comfortable sneakers. We will have food, coffee and water!
