Our Live Well 5k is a monthly community run/walk held around the beautiful back cove bay in Portland, ME. It’s ideal for anyone seeking a fun, welcoming, supportive community. Show up sober and ready to have a good time and meet awesome people. Registration and start point are located in parking lot across from Hannaford on Forest Ave. look for The Phoenix pop up tent!

What to bring?

Comfortable shoes to run/walk in. We will be providing coffee, water and donuts
