Our Live Well 5k is a monthly community run/walk held around the beautiful back cove bay in Portland, ME. It’s ideal for anyone seeking a fun, welcoming, supportive community. What to bring?

Comfortable shoes. Water, donuts, coffee and pizza provided!

Registration and start point are located in parking lot across from Hannaford on Forest Ave. look for The Phoenix pop up tent!
