Core strengthening with a focus on form. Lengthen, strengthen, tighten and tone from head to toe. Pilates has historically been used for rehabilitation, and by both dancers and boxers to train. Improve posture, strength, flexibility, sleep and reduce pain.
Comfortable clothing and a sense of humor. Mats are provided and we don’t wear shoes.
