Hi everyone! My clinic is offering a free virtual support group for six individuals looking for extra love throughout the holidays. This group will provide you with coping skills to assertively communicate boundaries, a safe space to process substance, politics, family dynamics, as well as coping skills formanaging stress and disrupted routine. Please message me for a zoom information and set up, I am a trained psychotherapist who will be practicing sobriety this holiday season. We got this!
