Join Coach Jax (Jacque Crockford, DHSc) for Mindful Mobility Monday—a trauma-informed class designed to support your sober journey. This gentle practice blends movement, breathwork, and somatic tools to support nervous system regulation, mobility, and emotional well-being. You'll explore self-massage, mindful stretching, and grounding techniques to help release tension and build resilience. Arrive by 6:45 to get settled and find your space. 🙏
Please bring water and dress in clothes in which you can move comfortably. We will be barefoot, so athletic shoes are not required. Class tools will be provided. However, you're welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blocks, foam roller, and tennis ball.
Follow GPS directions for The Point. Upon turning onto Santa Clara, take a slight left before going into the large parking lot. Keep the playground on your right, drive to the next lot. The entrance is left of the blue awning. Please arrive at 6:45.🙏🏻
