Join Jacque Crockford, DHSc (Coach Jax), for Mindful Mobility Mondays! A combination of mindfulness practices, performance mobility training, and an opportunity for relaxing self-care, this class aims to support you in feeling healthy in body, mind, and spirit. This class will be a combination of movement and mindfulness, intended to bring awareness to areas of the body that may benefit from mobility training, self-massage, and myofascial release.
Please bring water and dress in clothes in which you can move comfortably. We will be barefoot, so athletic shoes are not required. Class tools will be provided. However, you're welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blocks, foam roller, and tennis ball.
Using GPS, turn onto Santa Clara Pl. and follow signs for The Point. Take a slight left turn before the big parking lot. Keep the playground on your right and follow the road to the next parking lot. Please arrive at 6:45 to find parking and settle in.
