Join Jacque Crockford, DHSc (Coach Jax), for Mindful Mobility Mondays! A combination of mindfulness practices, performance mobility training, and an opportunity for relaxing self-care, this class aims to support you in feeling healthy in body, mind, and spirit.
Please bring water and dress in clothes in which you can move comfortably. We will be barefoot, so athletic shoes are not required. Class tools will be provided. However, you're welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blocks, foam roller, and tennis ball.
This class will be a combination of movement and mindfulness. It is intended to bring awareness to areas of the body that may benefit from mobility training, self-massage, as well as support emotional healing.
