Mindfulness Nature Walk

About the event

Sunset mindfulness walk along Pennypack Creek . Every Thursday evening (weather permitting) @pennypack park trail parking on Pine Rd. @7:30 pm Coordinates: 40.08973° N, 75.06979° *meet at end of parking lot near yellow gate We begin with light stretches and Qi Gong for 10 minutes and then take nice mindful walk along the creek and enjoy nature together. Very joyful and relaxing way to end the day and spend time with wonderful sober friends. *Bug spray and water recommended.
