Join Justin for meditation every other Friday morning. Meditations will include awareness of the breath, the body, and finish with metta (loving kindness). Time will be given at the end to share experiences and support each other in our practice.
Meditation cushion and shawl if you desire. Blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats are available.
