Start your day with strength, serenity, and community. Join us for Morning Yoga at The Phoenix! This all-levels class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find your center before the day begins. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll be supported by a welcoming, sober community. What to bring: A yoga mat if you have one, water, and an open mind. (Mats are available if needed.) What to expect: A 45–60 min. guided practice in a judgment-free space where you can connect, recharge, and move with intention. Free for anyone with 48 hours of sobriety.
