Obstacle Course Race (OCR) Training

About the event

This recurring event is structured to prepare Phoenix members to participate in 2024 obstacle course races like the Spartan and Tough Mudder.

What to bring?

Bring closed-toe athletic shoes and tighter-fitting workout clothes (baggy clothes get in the way). Liquid chalk to improve grip is recommended but not required.
