Obstacle Course Race (OCR) Training Level-1

About the event

OCR Level 1 is an introductory course focused on building the strength needed and teaching the techniques used to safely navigate race obstacles. Attendance at one OCR-1 session (at least) is required before signing up for OCR-2.

What to bring?

Closed-toe athletic shoes are required in the gym. We recommend bringing liquid chalk and a water bottle.
