Come move, lift, sweat, and connect at our Open Gym event! This is your time to use the space however you’d like—whether you’re working on strength, mobility, endurance, or just getting in some movement. No formal class structure, just a supportive, sober community and the freedom to train at your own pace.
This event is free and open to anyone with 48 hours of sobriety. No experience necessary—just bring a positive attitude and respect for the space and each other.
