Open Gym

About the event

Open Gym - Friday mornings (no pets) Drop in at The Phoenix - Las Vegas Community Center. Do your own routine or the workout of the day (WOD). Friday is Classic Rock Music day. Or just come by and say hello, we'll have plenty of coffee brewed. There are also fun stickers!! Grab one to celebrate that you made it into the gym!!

What to bring?

Bring yourself. Bring someone who supports you in your recovery. But... sorry, please leave pets at home. he Phoenix Community Center is outfitted with multifunction gym equipment including weights, cardio equipment and yoga essentials.
