Join The Phoenix for a 1-hour Orangetheory Fitness class on May 1st from 6–7 PM. This coach-led group workout combines treadmill intervals, rowing, and strength training for a full-body experience. You’ll wear a heart rate monitor to track your effort in real time and stay motivated throughout. Every workout is different and fully scalable, making it perfect for all fitness levels. Come move, sweat, and connect in a supportive, sober community.
Workout clothes, athletic shoes, and water. Bring a towel if you like and arrive a few minutes early for check-in.
