About the event

Out Door Yoga at Trinity Church, weather permitting. we will hold class inside at the Clubhouse otherwise.

What to bring?

Yoga stuff and workout clothes. We have mats, blocks and blankets, if you don't have your own. Recommend comfortable workout clothes, your own mat and water.
